Nice gym postive environment,well sanitized,mainly good ventilation,staffs are too good.
Shapemeup is one of the first-rate gyms in the Perumbakkam neighbourhood. And I specifically noted one of their trainers Prashanth. He is very dedicated and expertise has made a notable difference to many in the gym.His passion for fitness is contagious! His positive attitude and helping nature has made a significant impact in the gym and I sincerely appreciate all his efforts. 👏

They recently opened their Indoor turf – FALCON INDOOR TURF, which is super spacious and one of the extremely few turfs which has a roof! Really affordable pricing. The turf is a great place to play cricket, football & other sports.

years now since I go to this place. Equipments are still excellent and they have a huge space, which makes you
want workout. The people are decent, nobody
disturbs you. It can just be you and your workout .Trainers are all helpful too,
both personal and general, you should ask for help if
you need it and they'll be there.

Gym is completely equipped with US Certified Equipment and machines from HAMMER STRENGTH brand. It is completely Air conditioned with great atmosphere. Trainers are very friendly and always looking forward to help during workouts and at last gym is maintained real clean and hygienic all the time.
